OBJECTIVE: Zined Group has been engaged as the principal contractor to provide earthwork operations, stormwater drainage, and ancillary works. A large area of the sports oval surface remains saturated for a significant proportion of the school year making it un-safe for sport and other student activities. Remedial measures are being implemented to allow the oval to be utilized for its intended purpose and to prepare the surface for an on-site treated sewage subsurface irrigation system.

OBJECTIVE: Zined Group has branched out into coal exploration forming an new venture called Central Coal. The Company has coal exploration activities initially focused in Queensland with a focus on the Bowen, Galilee & Surat Basins and further expansion planned for coal producing area of NSW. Central Coal’s strategy is to acquire direct interests in coal, and other commodities exploration and mining concessions ranging from greenfield projects to those already in operation. Central Coal will seek to take a stake in small to medium sized investment projects and eventually a stake in large projects. EPC2300 Taroborah was granted to Zined Pty. Ltd (Central Coal) on 9th August 2011 for a period of five years This tenement comprises 11 Sub-blocks that occur in two, non-contiguous groups; a larger group of 10 sub-blocks, plus another single sub-block The exploration target for EPC2300 is a “Blair Athol” style coal deposit in Permian sediments i.e. thermal coal, ideally thick accumulations at relatively shallow depths. There is a coal deposit delineated immediately east of the EPC2300 area, and the concept was that a similar, smaller deposit or sub-deposit could be found in the EPC2300 area.

The works included demolition an reconfiguring the exisitng fitout over the entire Level 2 floor which is apporx 640m2.
